Oakdale vs Granite Bay @ Dublin Showcase Sept 11 (Sat) @ 2:30

Now this is going to be a game! This will be the first meeting between the two schools since 2000 2001 playoffs Oakdale lost at Granite Bay. The only other meeting between the two schools was the section championship game the year before (99/00) when we (Oakdale) lost on the ensuing touchdown drive that resulted in a fumble on the 10 yard line with two minutes and change to go. For those of you who say Merzon finds teams to late or on a down yr should know Merzon don't duck anyone he goes after team like his, teams that reload. what are your thoughts people?

Oakdale will have their hands full with Granite Bay.IMO Oakdale will have a hard time winning the VOL. Granite Bay is going to be a little too much for Oakdale to Handle.

Oakdale too young for this early game. Experience line and QB for GB will be too much.

It's going to be an interesting one for sure. I just hope it's a good game and everyone comes out heathly and ready for the season.

Granite Bay will beat Oakdale by at least 2 TD's.This is a rebuiding year for Merzon's Mustangs. Oakdale comes back big when soph. class plays as seniors in 2 years

I said Granite Bay would win by 2 TD,s I think it will be more like 4-5
